题型03 通知 口头通知 1. 口头通知无需说明发布通知的日期和发布通知的人(单位)。 2. 结尾常说That’s all. Thank you.或Thank you for listening.等，以示礼貌。 书面通知 1. 书面通知应明确写出通知的单位和日期。通知的发布单位常写在正文结束的右下角， 01 题型解读 02 答题模板构建 03 满分词汇模板 04 满分句型模板 05 满分作文模板 06 知识迁移强化 命题特点 通知可分为口头通知和书面通知。这两种通知在格式上有较大区别: 书面通知：常见形式有一般通知、布告、海报等。时间、地点、参加者、内容及注意事项是通知的要 点，应直截了当--予以说明。一般在通知的正文上方居中写标题 Notice 或Announcement。书面通知一定 要有发通知的时间及落款。 口头通知：一般没有标题，也没有发出通知的时间。发布口头通知首先需说明被通知的对象，在正 文前面加称呼。另外，口头通知中常使用"Bequite，please!"或"Mayl have your attention?"或"Attention， please!"等以引起注意。口头通知可以用比较随意的语言。结束语常用"That’s all."表明通知的结束。另外 结尾处常有"Thank you."之类的客套语。 也可以写在Notice 的上方或前面,发布通知的日期一般写在正文的右下角(在落款的下一 行)或写在通知正文的右上角(在Notice 的下一行)。 2. 书面通知没有结束语。 模板 时态：通常以一般将来时为主。 人称：以第三人称为主，第二人称为辅。 结构：明确是口头通知还是书面通知。通知的对象、事由、时间、地点等。语言应简洁 明了，条理清晰,要求明确,特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确,不能含糊不清。 【满分词汇模板】 表示时间 _____________按照计划； _____________下午6 点开始，持续... _____________不久； _____________从现在开始； 表示事件 _____________提高你的学习技能； _____________组织一次比赛； _____________表达你的看法； _____________才艺展示； _____________进行演讲； _____________一场聚会/演讲/竞赛 表示打算 _____________将要做； _____________打算做某事； _____________着手做某事； _____________准备做某事； _____________计划； _____________要被举行； 【满分句型模板之开篇“风头”句】 1.
