I've put everything on two big plates. Shall I help you carry them into the living room ? M: Thanks, Mum. (Text 10) W: I think working in Austria is quite different from working in the U. K. Um, I've done both. When I started off working in an office in Austria, I found the office where I worked was exactly like the one in my hometown in Germany. The journey to work was just five minu tes' walk down the road. Now I work in London and I spend an hour cycling or forty-five min utes on the underground. That actually takes two hours off your day. However, what I really li ke about working in the U.K.is that everything starts late. We're starting to work at nine, but in Austria you've got to be there by eight o'clock. So you need to get up at seven. If you want to do some sports before work, you're getting up at six. That's why I found myself being terribl y tired when I was in Austria.
